Nesting boards are NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. To clean, surface wash with damp cloth. DO NOT SUBMERGE IN WATER. Over time and use, if the boards begin to dry out, they can be refreshed by using any food safe finish such as mineral oil/bees wax mixture.
